SAM ADELAJA
Co-Founder
Sam is a specialist in transaction origination and execution in West Africa, as well as portfolio
company management. He also represents LGT Lightstone at board level across West African
portfolio companies.
Under his leadership, the organization has supported and impacted over a thousand students across Nigeria. The organization is driven to becoming the leading humanitarian organization in the country and Africa as a whole.
He is very passionate about education hence the birth of EduGrant, he ensures that students are trained and supported to achieve their education goals and career aspirations.
Sam’s vision is to ensure that every student is given the best chance to education to enable them
maximize their potentials and be future leaders for the growth of Nigeria.
TOPE IMASEKHA
Co-Founder/CEO
A dedicated and dynamic senior gender and social inclusion expert, thought leader and development manager with more than 15 years of international experience in development, promoting education and women and girls’ empowerment.
As an innovative leader, strong advocate and strategist she dedicates her time to women empowerment, gender equality and women’s human rights and education.
Her passion and commitment to serving humanity led her to birth a leading grassroots humanitarian and development organization, Women impacting Nigeria (WIN). WIN is a female run NGO dedicated to gender equality and empowerment of women in communities across Nigeria through the impact-driven solutions.
This same passion, development experience and ethos to drive education as a development tool, led her to be an integral part of creating Edugrant. A non-profit organisation built on the belief that future leaders will be created through today’s investment in education for all.
Under her leadership as the organization’s CEO, Women Impacting Nigeria and EduGrant has impacted thousands of communities across Nigeria.
This year, she was celebrated for being one of the emerging African leaders to watch, having been the recipient of the emerging women empowerment icons award for her outstanding works and services. In addition, she has won several awards and special recognition for her outstanding service to humanity and named TOP 100 Females contributing to the development of women and children in West Africa.
She is an inspiration and an award-winning African leader who takes it as her primary responsibility to ensure that women not only live a life free from hunger, violence, and discrimination but they have equal access to education and opportunities.
OMOROGBE BAZUAYE

from the University of Sheffield (LL.B hons) and from the Nigerian Law School (B.L).He has vast
knowledge in corporate Law.
He is very passionate about positive societal change, a strong advocate and promoter of quality
education in Nigeria. As a humanitarian, he is also passionate about seeing less privileged
students gain a quality education.
Bazuaye’s philanthropic contributions include serving on the board of EduGrant, a non-profit
organization committed to ensuring quality education is provided to underserved students.
TEMITOPE ADEKOYA
Member
economist and a seasoned brand management consultant.
He has vast experience in the various sectors in the Nigerian economy. He has worked in
different sectors including; banking, Advertising, Energy and E-commerce.
On different projects, he has partnered with several local and international organizations in
developing, implementing, monitoring and evaluating a long line of successful projects.
Starting as a youthful marketing executive, he became a Client relationship Manager where he
developed custom client relation programs and projects, reinforcing marketing plan with
clearer objectives, expectations and responsibilities.
From there he became a brand Management consultant and rose to the top of one of Nigeria’s
foremost social enterprises concerned with tackling unemployment by availing undergraduates
and new school leavers with the skills, tools and knowledge they require to bridge the gap
between academics and the labour market.
He is a director in Bilateral Communications, SME100 Nigeria and 7fifteen capital. He has BA in Economics from Covenant University, a Masters in Advertising for Coventry University and an MBA from Oxford University.
As a humanitarian, he serves on the board of EduGrant and is very passionate about making a
positive change in Nigeria, he believes that every student deserves a quality education.
CHUKA MORDI
Member
Chuka was a founding partner of CBO Capital and the former Head of Infrastructure Financing at First City Monument Bank (FCMB), Lagos. He began his career at SBC Warburg and subsequently worked as an Equities Analyst for Hardman & Co. Ltd. where he focused on UK AIM stocks. He then moved to Investment Research and Advisory Services at Intersec Research Corporation and subsequently, European equities at Société Générale Asset Management (SGAM). In the last six years at CBO, Chuka was jointly responsible for servicing over 50 client mandates, with a transaction value in excess of $2bn, whilst deploying over $50 million in the capital as a principal investor.
He is a member of the Chartered Institute of Bankers of Nigeria (CIBN) and has a B.A. Philosophy from Kings College, University of London.

OYEBOLA OYEDELE
Business Development Manager
She is an alumnus of the University of Ilorin, and Helix Institute, Nairobi. After her first degree, she proceeded to Alliance Française to become a bilingual speaker. She is also a member of the Advertisers Practitioners Council of Nigeria (APCON).
Before joining EduGrant, she has previously worked at Juggernaut Consulting and at Konga.com.
As an astute project leader, she has masterminded the planning and management of a number of high profile projects, some of which include: United People Global Summit, Electronic Payment Efficiency Scheme Awards (in collaboration with Central Bank of Nigeria) ID4Africa Expo, PoS Innovation Summit, Digital Pay Expo, Nigeria Fashion Week and Nigeria Hotel & Tourism Investment Conference.
She is a huge advocate of social impact, particularly in areas that concern youth empowerment, and prior to joining Edugrant, has taken part in movements that support this cause, including Steadfast Love Foundation, a Nonprofit targeted at rural girl’s education and sexual abuse prevention; Green Girl Project, a social enterprise focused on educating and empowering young girls.
Her opinion has been published in different magazines including QM Magazine, Ladybrille Magazine USA, SimplyRed Media, UK and St. Eve magazine.
Oyebola continues to support and inspire young people by hosting the annual Bloom Christmas Initiative for less privileged children.
