EduGrant is an NGO that helps students realize their potentials through funding opportunities.

The EduGrant scholarship platform for donors have two account types: individual and corporate sponsors.

An individual sponsor is a sole sponsor. This account type can create scholarships and approve/reject applications. Account set up is very easy.

A corporate sponsor is an organization. This account type can also create scholarships, save them as drafts to be edited later; can also approve or reject applications.

It is very easy to create a scholarship. All you need do as a sponsor is log into your account, on the “scholarships” menu, select “add new”, enter the details and submit. The scholarship will be reviewed by the EduGrant Team and approved or rejected with a comment why it was rejected. You will also get a notification via email on the status change of your scholarship if approved or rejected.
Sponsors are notified when a student applies to their scholarship (s).

All a student has to do is make sure he/she is logged into student section of the site. Click on the menu “scholarships”, click a scholarship to get more information before applying.
Each application received from a student is ranked based on meeting the criteria set by the sponsor. This helps in decision making students who should be considered winners of a scholarship.
A sponsor has the ability to view a student’s profile and educational background to help with the decision making process.
A student is notified via mail if his/her application was approved or rejected.
